Friends Come & Go
What does the word "Friends" mean to you? Are they what you called "Friends forever and will be there for you?" Well today I`m gonna talk about the topic friends. Now we have meet lots of friends in our lives and there will always be a time where you have known them for 2-4 years and would be "Best of friends" now don`t get me wrong, we can all be best of friends but let me ask you which "best friend" of yours would stay by your side and be there with you when you have problems? What if one day they just don`t hangout with you or talk to you like they used to and just become strangers all over again..
You must have heard of the quote or saying "Friends come and go" well to be honest they do and I`m pretty sure everyone has gone through this even I do too.. There will always be times when you suddenly feel that you are being left out and just ended up listening to whatever your friends are talking about and just keeping quiet because you`re scared that you might kill the atmosphere when you try to join in the conversation. And it`s sad especially when you remembered the old times when you tell each other "Friends forever guys, no matter what happens we`re always here for each other". People Change, friends change its simple but not easy to handle. Aside from backstabbing, betraying it really frustrates me as to why..and it`s really sad when friend`s do enter your life and then leave...
I`ve been going through this SAME old problems in my life and I literally mean I`ve always going through this and still going through it now and it really hurts me when your friends suddenly stopped talking to you, they don`t joke with you and most of all IGNORE you. In my life I`ve had my so called "Friends" stopped on me, back-stabbed me, threaten me, used me just because they wanted certain stuff from such as making my spent my money on them. Yes I was pretty dumb and stupid for not realizing it but people do make mistakes right? And a lot of teenagers my age would be depressed because their friends left them and they would start calling you "Forever Alone". I`ve been depressed when I was still in Primary School and I actually thought of killing myself but then one day one of my family members which was my mom, told me this "You don`t need friend`s to live your life, what you need is a lot of confidence in yourself and be strong and move on. Friends come and go and they always do but know this friends might come and go but family will always stay by your side no matter what problems you have, they will always be there for you" and SNAPPED, what my mom told me has really changed my life and I`m always trying my best to be strong and not let others get to me. To till this day, I am still going through friends problems but whatever happens at the end of the day whatever your friends criticized you or bully you they all give experience of some kind that will form who you really are today.
That`s all for today, the objective of today`s topic was to tell people who are facing the same problem as me to just keep moving and be strong.. Friend`s come and go and they always do but remember family will always stay by your side.
